Halfords Stirling are amazing. The staff really care and they always listen carefully to how they can help you. Today I turned up randomly with my car battery at 10%, knowing if they didn?t have the stock I would need help getting the car started. Luckily they had 2 suitable batteries to choose from and due to my membership and loyalty they were able to fit immediately and free of charge. They display exceptional team work and customer service. They have helped me get up and running more than once and the team at Stirling is the best I?ve ever experienced. Thank you to your team at Stirling.

Went in for a 19mm socket only to find them locked in a cabinet. Found an assistant who was most helpful. Showed me a range of sockets for me to choose from. Picked the one that suited my purpose and went to pay at till, Was greeted most politely and she was very helpful as well. I must say the staff are ever so helpful and cheery in the Stirling branch which makes a change.I usually pay a bit more for a good qaulity item but with my trade card I got an excellent discount which turned out cheaper than the local hardware store. Will definately shop there again.

Really saved my day,Was on my way to work and one of my number plates fell off, went in and it was seen to and sorted right away. So quick in fact, I wasn?t even late for work!Both staff who helped me were very lovely also.

Cannot believe the terrible service! Ordered a bike for my daughter, my partner collected and was asked if he wanted to add accessories. He asked for lights so they CANCELLED my original order. No common sense at all!!! Why couldn?t he have paid for that in a seperate transaction? We?ve now paid twice for the bike a week before Christmas as the refund will take days to come through. No customer care or flexibility at all. How many people have money for a bike after already paying a week before Xmas?!!!
