Currys went above and beyond to sort out a particular TV for me. I always have shopped with them for large electricals. And likely always will. Even if a problem arises they're very fast to put things right.thanks again Currys

What a store. Moyra is absolutely fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. On purchasing a fridge freezer she explained all the options to find the correct one for suitability.
The cover protection is superb. Well worth it.
Moyra even got a chair for me to sit so I didn't have to stand. This place is nice and roomy with great air conditioning..Very happy customer.

Craig good help and customer service for my mum. Moyra with a y just confirmed you have to look after the older generation. I think a light wheelchair would be a help, it is a big store.

Superb experience buying a washing machine. Bought on the Sunday, delivered and fitted (in Edinburgh) on the Monday.
Kenzie was really helpful and provided excellent service.
Unfortunately, we did have a problem (our fault) and when we returned on the Tuesday evening, Chloe was very helpful and stayed late to help us.
Carrie Anne the manager had to sign-off the solution and she was superb --very kind, helpful and professional. Back to Kenzie to re-do the paperwork etc. and we left feeing really happy with every aspect of our visit, and their kindness.
We have had an 1st class experience and are very glad we went into the store and investigated our purchases in person.
Well done Currys PC World Stirling. 5 Stars.

Unbelievably bad service and store was totally disorganised.. Myself & Husband popped in for a few items including white goods and TVs for our holiday lets which would have been a huge sale BUT after being practically ignored by members of staff chatting away amongst themselves we got a sales man to ask a few questions in which he couldn?t answer ? Then he just walked away ?
We have shopped in other stores including Edinburgh & Perth in which we got top notch service and advice recently from one of the sales managers who actually went above and beyond to answer our questions ..
There are some people who should not be in management and one was this ( lady ) manager at Stirling .. who needs to do a course in manners ..
