Good selection of tiles. Superb customer service today from Megan - friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. And this was despite the fact I was only buying a small number of tiles for a fireplace. Would highly recommend. Thanks

Good range of quality tiling materials in stock. Take note however, this company have a very restrictive returns policy on a large number of materials (including unopened tubes of silicone!) that other suppliers do not. It is the nature of tiling that you will need to order a little more than needed to finish a job to ensure you are not left short. CTD do not reward loyalty of custom in this respect. In short, materials are very pricey these days so you may end up spending alot more at CTD due to their returns policy.Update: Changed this review to five stars as I was contacted and advised items could be returned. Top job, thanks CTD.

I really hate when companies hide behind ?company policy? that they?ve taken no time to draw to your attention. In September my daughter purchased tiles for her kitchen and I estimated that 7 boxes would be sufficient and included 10% extra for mishaps. I was persuaded by the Stirling store that ordering an extra box would be prudent ?just to be safe? as any unopened boxes could be returned.Well, the kitchen is finished, we have 1 and a half boxes left, and I duly went to CTD Stirling today to return the unopened box. The response ?we can?t accept any return over 28 days from purchase?! They didn?t contend that we were not told this at the point of sale but it?s on their terms and conditions on the rear of the invoice ? only legible with a strong magnifying glass for the majority of customers.No amount of reasoning was accepted and I left feeling frustrated and annoyed. I mentioned that we need more tiles but would not be using CTD, I?m sure they thought I was bluffing. However, we are refurbishing 3 bathrooms at home in the next 12 months so your loss CTD.

Went into CTD looking for tiles for our new open plan kitchen, dining, lounge of over 70m2, we were ably assisted by Alicea Thomson who made suggestions and assisted us in our purchase which we increased to allow for tiled skirtings, also what looked to be a difficult decision was made far easier by Alicea.
