“Costcutter in Bucklyvie is the best shop ever. Lovely staff, great range of food, including local eggs and fresh vegetables. Always open long hours and holidays when other shops close. Also open during the whole of lockdown.”

“I've been shopping at this store for like 20 years now, and have to say all staff I've ever dealt with are amazing. There has never been a time I'm not greeted or asked if I need help and the ladies and gents that worked hard anyway have been absolute soldiers through the pandemic. My all time favourite go to store and even since I moved out of the area ?Kudos to the new young chap that helped me today, a lovely cheery wee chap who was an absolute gem ?”

“We are a family of 8 staying in a Stirling apartment for 6 nights. It is great that there is this store with a variety of food and drinks for reasonable price especially with a Tesco card.”

“I found myself in this Cambusbarron Co-Operative after a long day of soil digging, looking for somewhat of a hefty refreshment from which I knew only the Co-operative would be able to provide me with. Unfortunately, on this faithful day, I was served by a Man by the name of Ryan Derzskewski whose eyes I simply got lost in - but beyond that, no redeemable qualities. He quite openly let out an utterly revolting cloud of gas which still lingers in my nasal ducts 192.168.1.41 to this day. A cold, dead and empty smile was raised across his lips as he began to laugh at me relentlessly for this Geneva Convention violating gas attack he had just unleashed on me. I found myself scared and embarrassed as I ran out of the store, meal deal in hand. I was later caught stealing (I couldn't pay in that warzone!) and have just finished an 8 year stint in the Cornton Vale for my misdeeds. Wouldn't recommend.”

“Great local shop. Clean, spacious, weekly bargains, helpful, happy servers. It's always a joy to go in this shop I'm always made so welcome, if there's a good few people in there's room to stay 2 meters apart and their covid protection scheme is really good. Support your local shops, they need you more than ever in these trying times.”

“Good little convenience store, apparently one of the bigger stores according to another review of the Co-op franchise. Although more expensive than other supermarkets out there, there are some good clearance items which are at reasonable prices.Only issue is the not so huge range of healthy snacks for fussy kids the store has for sale. Otherwise we’d be willing to pay extra, otherwise we’d need a bus fare to get to our accommodation that is nearby this convenience store.”

“Brilliant service. The man on the counter was friendly and polite. He managed to scan a QR code for a return parcel to amazon via myhermes that was unable to be scanned in another shop”

“We were staying in Cambusbarron for a couple of days only few minutes away by foot. Needed some water, milk, soda. We found everything here for fair prices. Friendly staff/owner.Came also twice to grab a bite for the road - nice curry and tandoori wraps. Fresh and tasty.Surely a nice little shop if you need some basic items. Centrally located by the church along the main road.”

“not the best selection of plant based stuff but pretty decent, also staff are always really nice and never make me feel unwelcome for wearing a face mask like many other supermarkets I've been to”

“Excellent customer service. Friday 3pm, man who looked like floor manager, provided exquisite customer service in providing me with a wooden fork to eat my lunch. Highly recommend, this man deserves a raise. Made me feel special and tingly inside.”

“Used this travelodge for 2 nights. Ideal location for safari and stirling Castle. Room was clean and staff was really friendly. Some shops are just next to hotel for any thing important. It was good experience as always with travelodge will come again”
