not the best selection of plant based stuff but pretty decent, also staff are always really nice and never make me feel unwelcome for wearing a face mask like many other supermarkets I've been to

Horrible place. Staff need training. Very little choice of food. Vegetables & fruit dismal. Would get in car & drive rather than go in there.

It sounds like the food market in Bridge of Allan is in a tough spot, needing a revamp but facing the challenge of closing temporarily, which would leave no alternative for locals. The store?s small size limits stock variety, and its appearance is worn due to age and heavy use, though it benefits from ample parking. Because it's busy, shelves empty quickly.
If they were to close for renovations, a temporary pop-up shop or delivery service could maintain business flow and serve customers during that period.

This is the WORST co-op I have ever been to. It takes them MANY, MANY WEEKS to restock their shelves. I've seen me wait more than a month before they bother to restock their shelves. I'd rather travel 3 miles to Tesco than bother to visit this store. Take my advice, go elsewhere!!!!

Great wee shop, but unfortunately I will never be using it again due to one particular staff member with a shockingly rude attitude towards customers, my son suffers from IBS and we politely request that he could please use the toilet and we were abruptly told no and basically find another toilet in the most condescending manner and then she just walked off not really caring if she upset anyone or not, but one time we were in before another staff member kindly allowed him to use the toilet and was totally understanding, can?t understand why today he wasn?t allowed to use the toilet plus I?m sure it wouldn?t really effect her whether he used it or not absolutely shocking attitude and I?m sure legally she has no right refusing him to use the toilet and to make it worse he was standing right beside the bathroom and doors was open bursting for the toilet and she just wouldn?t allow him, absolutely disgusting attitude.

Shameful lack of mask wearing today 15th July - What are people doing? Restrictions haven't ended,; Covid hasn't ended. Customers and staff disregarding proper mask-wearing, or not wearing them at all. No sign of exemption badges. So, I guess, avoid the Co-op, as it's populated by people who couldn't care less for the health of others. When things change, I'll go back to it.
