Shout out to Elaine, Douglas and the staff who assisted me today. I had traveled from California, USA with an outdated bank card . They were able to find my account and guide me thru the process. Gold stars to all the employees!

18 year old daughter took a 1 hour bus to Stirling today to speak to someone in the branch to find out why her card had problems. The staff member told her the card was fine and they could not help with her account any further. Daughter felt dismissed and let down. On her return she made a call online and the problem was resolved immediately. Disappointing that a member of staff treated a young customer so poorly.

So impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Virgin Stirling! Shout out to Doug and Nicky who helped us set up our accounts and stepped us through what we needed to do! There was no rush and their knowledge was invaluable!

Great service as always from the friendly staff, who all welcome you with a big smile. I have been a customer of this bank for around 35 years now, from way back when there was the old Clydesdale branch in town . The staff go above and beyond to help and advise. I came into the Stirling branch today with the gentleman I support. We got up the escalator fine. The staff were all very friendly and dealt with us professionally and quickly. On leaving, my gentleman struggled to get down the escalator as it was narrow so I couldn't stand beside him. A staff member helped us by going doing the other escalator, stopping both escalators. and helping my gentleman from the front and I guided him from the back. We thanked him.
