We had fantastic service from Clyde Property. Everything from the initial setup and advice on asking price to updates on viewings and, ultimately, when to go to a closing date ensured a smooth sale quicker than we expected. Every member of the team did a great job but particular thanks are due to Kirsten, Hayley and Dawn. Would have no hesitation in recommending Clyde in Stirling and would absolutely use them again.

You know how some businesses that you used to trust pre pandemic seem to have lost their way, well this is definitely not the case for Clyde Property in Stirling. All the way through the process the team have been fast, responsive, available 7 days a week, shown great judgement, and really just completely professional throughout. They are so consumed with corporate greed they have lost sight of the fact that there are real people looking for real homes for their families. We were asked to move our viewing from 5:45pm to 5:30pm which we agreed to. At 4:45pm I received a text asking to come even earlier. We rushed with our newborn baby, leaving our toddler at nursey later than usual to get there sooner only to find the small house was filled with multiple viewers. There wasn?t room to view and incredibly awkward. They are attempting to create a frenzy with the viewers. We are looking for a home for our family. It is really frustrating not to be treated with respect and common decency. Scheduling a 5-10 minute appointment for buyers to actually be able to view the house on their own to decide if it is a place to raise their children shouldn't be too much to ask for.
