“Halfords Stirling are amazing. The staff really care and they always listen carefully to how they can help you. Today I turned up randomly with my car battery at 10%, knowing if they didn’t have the stock I would need help getting the car started. Luckily they had 2 suitable batteries to choose from and due to my membership and loyalty they were able to fit immediately and free of charge. They display exceptional team work and customer service. They have helped me get up and running more than once and the team at Stirling is the best I’ve ever experienced. “This shop is pretty cool lots of stuff thrown on shelfs in a mismatch of no order to it which my mind had to come to terms with at one point thought was in a charity shop until my wife showed me no pensions behind the tills serving.Lots of brand names clothes at reasonable prices.Sure be more to look at bug kids dragging us around not got chance to check out rest of stuff launched about on shelfs was enjoyable experience don't get me wrong let me know what you think when had a swagger round?”

“I would like to thank staff at the EWM Aberfoyle with all my heart. Bought a expensive unusual shaped bottle of whiskey but when I opened the box on arrival home the glass bottle broke from the kneck down. I contacted the shop and without hesitation they arranged a replacement. Collette from the shop called to say she was coming through to Glasgow and would kindly meet me at a convenient place to hand over the replacement. I can't thank Collette and the rest of the staff enough as this is what great customer service is about . Bravo and thanks for the a fantastic shopping experience.”

“I had to return a pair of walking shoes, my own fault as I didn't check the size on the shoes themselves. I thought they were a bit tight but they were a size too small. The staff were very gracious and exchanged them for me with only a very polite advisory about checking the sizes before purchase. I'll make the effort to shop here more often.”

“Friendly staff and a good selection encompassing a lot of major brands. It's possible to get some good deals on fragrance sets but check against good retail sites. There is a lot here and room to move around a bit more than other simliar stores which helps when there is more than 1 or 2 people browsing or trying to read some of the smaller items.”

“Visited here to look for new trainers for going on holiday. Needed something comfy. I'd previously been in and bought a pair Karrimor running trainers which are really comfy.? I ended up buying another two different coloured pairs of the same kind on this visit. There is really a lot of choice in JD Sports, great shop with really decent prices. The staff were very nice too which makes for happy shopping ?”

“FOUND MY WEDDING DRESS. My wedding is later this year and I was driving by this charity shop and saw a beautiful display with wedding dresses. RUSHED IN, tried the dress on and I immediately burst out in tears as it was the one! The amazing staff (I am so sorry I don't remember your names I was so teary eyed and happy) made it feel so special and it was a lovely moment to share with my sister in law and nana in law. Thank you so much such great finds in there and lovely and such supportive kind staff!! THANK YOU AGAIN!”
