“Donna was our saviour tonight! We got a puncture in the side wall of our tyre at 6:10pm the RAC was willing to strand myself, my husband, my daughter and my two dogs there until 1am in the morning! Donna couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful and even gave my wee girl a snack because we hadn’t had any dinner by 8pm. “Hi, I often stop here in the mornings for petrol and a paper. The staff overall are lovely, and in particular the lady who works mainly mornings during the week (shortish blonde hair, glasses) is a pleasure to see. Always upbeat and positive. (Which in the present time and situation is a godsend).”
