Only good thing was the porridge I ordered. I ordered it from deliveroo. Had no indication that the panini would have pepper covering the entire bottom parts of the bread, the strawberry and peach drink tasted off and the porridge arrived with the jam I'd paid money for. 50p but still. plus my panini came uncooked. No warning before being delivered that the ovens were off just a note stuck to the packet.

I asked for a macchiato (clearly on the menu), just to be told it?s not on the menu. I pointed that out, and the gentleman informed me that I must be wanting a latte(?). I wasn?t looking to argue, just get a quick coffee, so overall I?d consider it very rude.
Other staff were just hanging around talking, and as soon as we went to get sugar, they squeezed in and started cleaning the sugar area mid way through preparing our coffee?
It was a decent cup of coffee, but the service put me off enough not to come back.

Only visited on a couple of occasions but each time I have had a pleasant experience. Food and drink is great - highly recommend the tiramisu and chai lattes. The additional seating area upstairs is a very nice quiet place to hang out.

When I first visited Stirling and wanted somewhere to drink, I visited Cafe Nero, it's central location and quality of food and drinks always made me feel welcome.
Years later, there are more places calling for me to try them. But when I need a place to be ans sit and drink a chi Latte and hang out in a place that always feels cool.

Quality drinks, nice staff, and good selection of sweets. Store was a little dirty but I went during a rush, so it was expected. Would come here again!

Milkshake was of really bad quality - super watery and tasteless. The fruit booster drink was also of the same quality. Food was average. Just disappointed with the quality of drinks as they are pricey and we couldn't finish them so was just a waste of money. Wouldn't come back.

Todays visit in the Stirling branch was very disappointing. The mocha frappuchino was tasteless, in fact, worse I have ever had. Very untidy behind the counter and entire shop floor. The staff are lacking customer care as not helpful and rude. Won't be returning again.

Great position. You can sit with a coffee and cake and watch the world go by. Good choice of coffee and cakes. Food limited, but it is a coffee shop! Choice of vegan food, which was nice.
