I ordered an item online and when I went to collect it I wasn?t sure where the collection point was I asked 2 young assistants who were chatting both initially ignored me and one turned her back on me-rude-I asked why I was being ignored one of the girls walked
away and I was at the correct collection point and was given my order.
In future I will have any orders posted to me.

Worst decision ever to have self service till points.
I had issues with the advantage card reduction on the products I was buying. I asked for assistance.The male attendant was most unhelpful and non communicative Didn't explain what I was to do . Left me standing like a lemon.
Not a good shopping experience.
I then went into another shop with tills and had a fantastic experience . What shopping should be !

My husband needed his glasses fixed urgently, his own optician basically said can't be repaired there's nothing we can do. We went into Boots Stirling Chris at the desk said let's see what we can do we will try and fit them into a frame we also asked if they couldn't did they know where we could go. Managed to put the glasses in a new frame. Excellent service, even when we were not sure if they would get our business they went above and beyond. The service was fab.10/10 Boots opticians Stirling. Thankyou

Visited Boots this morning looking for some help ,was assisted by Kathy who was very helpful I have a facial skin tag which is rather annoying,,Kathy explained what I needed to do .She explained in a very pleasant manner.

I am a teenage girl and as soon as I walked into boots and went over to the benefit counter to try out some stuff the staff were giving me horrible looks, following me around etc etc. I picked up a Benetint because I was going to buy it but changed my mind. I put it back and walked to the checkout to buy something else and I see the staff member from the benefit stand rushing over to the guy at the checkout telling him I stole. I got asked and I explained I did not take it and then I left feeling quite confused.
The way teenagers get treated is horrible, people always assume the worst. What?s the difference between me and an adult buying products from a shop. I do not understand the unnecessary looks from the staff and if I?m honest it?s very intimidating. I will not be coming back till I?m quite a bit older or they stop discrimination against young people.

Awful experience with this branch today. Staff member extremely rude. Some silly blonde women dancing like a fool wearing pleats approached me and spoke down to me. I have lived in London for nearly 20 years and only when I come to Scotland do I experience staff who lack skills in people interaction and how to speak to customers visiting in store. Sarcastic manner and gritting teeth shows how ill mannered and badly brought up some people are. Are boots really that desperate to hire staff that they employ the absolute dregs of society?

The Pharmacy is stuck in a 1980's time warp and is closed at lunchtime which is most unhelpful, for the majority of people trying to get their medication at a convenient time for themselves.
There is no mention of this closure on the website or their recorded phone messages and don't bother phoning as they seldom bother answering incoming calls.

The lady by the prescription area helped me by checking if my medications would be compromised by Night Nurse. She took a note of my meds and spoke at length to the pharmacist. She was very patient when my Boots card was troublesome. Real customers service is rare today.

I don't usually leave negative reviews but I feel I have to this time. 7 staff behind the pharmacy counter only one serving. If you have the option of using another viable pharmacy in Stirling I'd advise it.. Otherwise settle in for a long wait
