We went into the store thinking we knew the brand of mattress we wanted. The sales guy Paul was very good and patient.
He suggested we try different mattresses - and we are glad we did!
We bought an iGel mattress - and it is just the best.
The service after buying was brilliant. Their contact management leading up to delivery was great.
On the day, you can track the delivery wagon online plus they call you 30 minutes prior to arrival.
The delivery team were very courteous and took our old mattress away.
Service-wise, from start to end, Bensons were faultless!
I mention this is it is the exact opposite of how many goods and services businesses operate!

Couldn't rate them any more stars if I could . Service was excellent staff where so friendly and helpful. We were buying our first home and got introduced to Carol who understood the finance of it from a mortgage point of view. Gave us a quote and breakdown of everything. The care and attention she gave us was outstanding . We then got the go ahead ?. Headed back up to Stirling and got introduced to Simon who was amazing , he's friendly and attentive. Took the time to explain everything and delivery and finance paperwork once we have our keys . All staff are friendlest and kindest people I've met in a very long time .

Great experience, from start to finish with Bensons. The store staff were really helful and cheery. On having selected a mattress the delivery date, process and delivery were first class. I had a good purchasing experience and would recommend this store in Stirling.

Very friendly staff, We were greeted by Autumn who was amazing and very knowledgeable. She took her time to understand what exactly we were looking for and went above and beyond to help us buy our dream bed. Would highly recommend and definitely will be using in the future.

Had a superb experience yesterday when i went in to the Stirling branch and was served by Carol, who was training a guy called Ryan (i think), Carol was very professional and knowledgeable about all of the features of mattresses, that I eventually bought!, she took the time to get to know my sleep pattern and lifestyle and used their new software to test the various mattresses using a similiar pillow to mine at home. I never felt pressured at all, and both Carol and Ryan, went to great lengths to ensure i was happy with my purchase. I eventually bought a bed frame and new mattress and mattress protection policy. I would highly recommend Carol and this store, they are clearly top of their game. Delighted

Popped into Bensons to have a look at mattresses. Didn?t know where to start but Maria was excellent at guiding us through the choice. A good mattress doesn?t come cheap but I?d rather pay more and get to try the mattresses out with the correct advice. You spend a lot of time in bed and it?s important to get the decision right. It?s amazing how different they were! Happy to pay a premium for the in store service rather than taking pot luck online. We haven?t had the mattress yet but looking forward to it. Thanks Maria.

Expect them to (completely breaching GDPR) use your details to call you to market you promotions, having said that your details are needed only for the purpose of refunding & alerting you to recalls.
They are a pushy, expensive place to buy bedding, would steer clear in future.
Also for what it's worth, all Tempur products do actually have a refund window from Tempur themselves - but only if bought from tempur directly. (30 nights on pillows, 100 nights on mattresses)
If you buy from Bensons, you're giving up that refund ability - despite what Bensons will say to persuade you that it doesn't exist at all (just go check the Tempur website and you'll see)

Went in with my wee one and kitten since was just at the vets in Stirling! Was impressed, staff were so lovely, Simon was so friendly and helpful and showed me beds that were similar to the one I have but even better?the other guy can?t mind his name he was so good with my wee one as well and gave him wee snacks and put music on for him to keep entertained. Ended up getting a king size bed and new mattress instead and got it at a really good price since the sale! Can?t wait for the bed to come ?

Mattress arrived with a big black mark had to wait a week for replacement. Very inconvenient as time needs to be taken off work to be there twice. Shop service was fantastic

Not had our bed yet, expected next month but am reviewing the staff member Simon who gave us a great buying experience in the Stirling store. He was amazingly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond, we were quite stunned to receive the service we did as our emperor using stores like this have been less than positive. Thanks Simon, looking forward to receiving our bed ?.

Ordered a mattress that as delivered in June 2022 and it was faulty (springs coming out the sides of mattress). I have tried so hard to contact them since to rectify the issue with zero luck. Both in store and through email their customer support team. I have one email asking for more detail and then back to radio silence. Its now 3 months I have had a faulty mattress and looks like little hope of getting them to respond. They should be ashamed of themselves for selling expensive, faulty items and not even having the curtesy to respond and try and rectify the situation. Avoid at all costs.
