Bastion provided a more than excellent service. As a team (Jackie, Linda and Jane) where the only letting agency ( and I’ve been in contact with most in Stirling!) who actually listened, didn’t give any false hopes and communicated on a regular basis. Sadly, we entered into a lease for my 18yo daughter - she’s 1 of 4 renting a newly refurbished flat.Except it’s not rentable!My daughter has lectures from Monday and is currently homeless.Bastión say there’s been an issue getting council approval yet the lease had an entry date of 24/8/22.
