I used cash deposit machine some notes not been credited to account. Stuff refused to return not accepted notes. Absolutely avoid and pay attention when making deposits. From my past experience money will not be credited to account. So don't trust them.

Pretty grim. Massive empty space with little activity. Big push to use the automated pay-in machines, which are often broken. Then a long queue for a single teller desk using also broken systems and extra staff eventually taking people off the back rather than front of the queue. Looking for another provider.
