Professional friendly service by Martin Kennedy, pleasant young guy to deal with. The full experience went smoothly. Martin even collected us from Stirling train station when we came up to collect the car and came in on his day off to finalise the paperwork. Fantastic experience on my first purchase at Arnold Clark Stirling. Gavin Alexander was our sales executive and his attention to detail from initial enquiry through to vehicle collection was exceptional.The manager Ian was also very attentive during our purchase and a credit to his branch. All the the staff from reception, sales staff through to tech support and workshop personnel have to be mentioned.Would highly recommend that your next VW purchase should from these guys, well done everyone at the branch.

Amazing experience and customer service! We purchased our VW from Gavin, who was fantastic, patient, knowledgeable and helped us with all the paperwork and trading in our Fiesta. My son Joshua is going to be 17 in January 2024. His heart was set on a Hyundai Kona and has been for the last year. We thought it was time to make sure this was the car for him, so we decided to start looking and maybe have a test drive. After looking at most cars in his price range he still decided the Kona was still the one for him, so I contacted Arnold Clark to arrange a test drive. Within hours we had arranged an test drive of a Kona that had everything he wanted in the car. It was then myself and Lorraine (his Mum) to test drive with him and his sister. We arrived at Arnold Clark Volkswagen spoke briefly to the Sales Manager then were past onto Sean. Sean then gave Joshua the keys so he could have a good look inside and outside while myself and Lorraine done the paperwork. Joshua did notice a few little scratches and stone chips, which he pointed out to Sean later. We drove about for about half an hour both myself and Lorraine driving the car while Joshua sat in the passengers seat. We returned to the garage where we chatted about the car and if it was still the car from him (it was). We spoke to Sean about buying it and he offered us a discount if we could get the deal done before the end of the month which made Joshua?s face light up (he was getting his car early, even though he can?t drive it). We made the deal and we got the car. Sean even through in about £500 worth of extras. All the chips and little scratches were all gone, a great job from the workshop staff. I would highly recommend buying from Arnold Clark and would definitely buy a car from Sean again. Thanks Sean

Sean was extremely helpful when purchasing our new car through PCP. He gave us plenty of advice and reassurance as we have not used PCP before. He was readily available for contact via telephone or email to answer any questions and was very easy to talk to. We are very happy with our new car and the service we received from Sean and Stirling Volkswagen.
