FINAL UPDATE: the owner called us after this situation occurred and stated they had issues with their phone lines. They finally followed through with what was agreed and this situation was resolved to a satisfactory level. Since then we have ordered a number of times of ally?s and each time with it being great. UPDATE TO THIS: From the owners response to this review. My partner called and spoke with the shop on Monday 7th July at 5:30pm. The person who answered said they were aware of the response and asked what they could do for us. We simply requested the 2 pizzas that were made incorrectly as this was what was promised before. They went silent and didn?t respond. We tried to called back 4 times directly after this, and the phone rang a few times then they hung up. We called a 5th time and they finally answered, this time someone different answered, he tried to get us to call back later. We asked again if they could simply just remake the incorrect pizzas as promised. They then passed the phone to someone else who said hello twice then hung up on us. Extremely poor customer service, we were more than happy to give yous the ?chance to make things right? but this has cemented our decision that we absolutely will not be customers to ally?s again nor will we recommend them to anyone.

We?ve always loved this place ? the food is fantastic, and as locals, we?ve ordered from here regularly. On March 20th, we placed an order through Just Eat, which included: 1 large Texas BBQ pizza, 1 medium Texas BBQ pizza, loaded garlic chilli chicken tikka chips, 1 cheese pizza, chips with cheese and donner, chips with chasni, and plain chips ? a total of £68.42, so quite a substantial order.
However, when the food arrived, both Texas BBQ pizzas were incorrect. They had completely different toppings and a plain tomato base, not what we ordered. We called to let them know, and the person we spoke to was apologetic. He explained that a new staff member had made a mistake and, although a refund wasn?t possible, they offered to either make two fresh pizzas immediately or allow us to reorder the same pizzas at no charge in the future. We appreciated the gesture and chose to reorder at a later date since we?re regular customers and usually enjoy the food.
In April, I stopped by in person to collect the two Texas BBQ pizzas, as agreed. I mentioned the previous order issue and the arrangement that had been made. Unfortunately, the staff had no record or knowledge of the conversation and told me I would need to pay for the pizzas. I ended up paying, but I was really disappointed by the whole experience.
It?s such a shame, as this used to be our go-to takeaway. Sadly, we won?t be ordering from here again.

This place is like the disneyland of dishes. It was so full of variety the only problem was what to choose so we had an indian box for 4 with extras but was way too much we were eating it next day It was absolutely delicious ? will deffo go there again when in the area they even had desserts ? fully recommend.

King Kebab was poor, very little salad and sauce, and it was cold. Loaded fries were just OK. Expected more from Allys.

Usually great but just got lukewarm (at best) Nachos costing basically £20, great portion, in time but what's the point if it's delivered cold? Especially this early in the day. (16.10)

the chilli chicken is amazing, 1st time ordering from here and will not be last. spicy chicken pizza with green chillis is amazing. good quality ingredients, cooked to perfection. defo value for money.

As a long time customer of Allys Curry Palace, I haven?t been disappointed once. The sheer variety on the menu warrants a visit on its own.
They have everything from the freshest calzones, any curry your heart desires, fajitas, loaded Naan and much, much more. They are always adding more items to the menu so you are guaranteed to find something for whatever you are craving.
The customer service is incredible and the amount of care that they put into each dish is evident. The portions are very generous and all for such a great price.
Try for yourself, you will not be disappointed!
