First time being here to have my eye test and chose new glasses.Lovely bright, modern shop and I was greeted warmly by the manager, Morgan and made to feel very welcome.John, who tested my eyes was very thorough and professional, friendly and chatty, he made some good recommendations which I will take on board. Choosing my glasses was very relaxed, with lots of help from staff. Definitely recommend to everyone

My experience during my appointment at 20 20 vision was amazing! The Optometrists were nice, very attentive, and the know their job. But the only down side of my visit is the cost of the prescription glasses. As a student working for just 20 hours a week, I can't imagine paying £370 for a prescription glass.

Your professionalism and thoroughness in assessing my condition was outstanding and I will be eternally grateful to you. I also appreciate the aftercare when you were kind enough to ensure my condition was improving and that I was having no other adverse effects from the treatment. Keep up the excellent work you do.

I found my first visit to this opticians a surprisingly pleasant experience. Very modern equipment ensured I didn?t have to endure the traditional ?puff of air? in each eye experience. Instead, the test consisted of what felt like a short scan over each eye. A lovely welcome by the manager encouraged me to feel relaxed and comfortable and the female optician who examined my vision explained everything she was doing and why. I really welcomed the availability of a wide range of frames at every price level, including designer options. Morgan, the manager, offered lots of sound advice and showed excellent knowledge of current trends. Very individual support and information available and a refreshing change from many of the opticians I have dealt with until now. Will definitely return for future eye examinations.

I visited 20 20 opticians to replace some lost glasses and my husband was so impressed by the friendly, professional service, he also had an eye test and bought new glasses.Morgan, Pamela and Rishi put you at ease from the minute you walk through the door and take the time to explain everything to you.We highly recommend this opticians.

Fantastic service, all round good people, and a welcoming environment. John did a great job with making sure I understood the situation and came up with a clear, effective plan for treatment. Overall couldn't have asked for a better experience from any of the staff!

Excellent customer service Morgan was very helpful, knowledgeable , friendly and polite. I came to your business because John Keenan moved here he is the best and most thorough optician I have ever had and I have been wearing spectacles for 50 years so have seen a lot of optician I have recommended him to all my friends and colleagues and will be advising them where he has moved too . Both these gentlemen are a credit to your Company .

I?m on holiday visiting my Grandpa, developed a bad eye infection. They all been very helpful and nice , took a lot of time for many test. Would recommend 10/10 on medical support, knowledge and 10/10 costumer care !! Lovely definitely recommend it ??

John and all the staff at 20/20 vision were fantastic, they squeezed me in on a Saturday for an emergent appointment for my swollen eye, John made sure I got sorted out within the hour, managed to get a hold of a consultant to prescribe what I needed. He has also called to check in with me to make sure everything is well and I received the correct treatment. They went above and beyond for me and I will absolutely be back to use them for future eye tests for my kids and I? 5 stars doesn?t really cut it for how great they were??

Fantastic customer experience from Morgan, John and Pam. The service we got was first class. Morgan and his team are absolutely brilliant. We wont be going anywhere else to get our eyes tested. You are made welcome as soon as you walk through the door. They deserve recognition for their amazing help and advice. Excellent service; we had to get a pair of glasses reframed for a relative who needed them urgently and the team went above and beyond to get this done quickly. Really impressed!
