ordered online at 9pm, nothing arrived by 1015pm so phoned, no order received. strange all others previously made were received. no attempt to rectify, I will claim £ via card company, very disappointed customer service zero for regular customer. Can't get the price right from the menu! Tried to overcharge on a phoned in order by £4.00. Will not be using them again - total rip off!! Yet another lost customer.

very disappointed I've been waiting over an hour for a 12 inch pizza. I was first told 30 minutes. then a further 20. then the drivers on his way, and a four minute journey is taking over 20 again. I'll not order again. wasted my time and other people's.
