Absolutely disgusting service from the niece. Served the lady before us with no socks on no stockings just bare feet,(who I might add didn?t even buy anything!) but point blank refused to even measure my son for his first pair of school shoes which should be an exciting and memorable experience for him? and told me she would not try any at all because he had forgotten his socks! Made myself and my children feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable. I can really see why they struggle to get children in for fittings and they have so many shoes left compared to other shops.
To top it off she then tried backtracking infront of myself and my children claiming she would now fit them and never said that. Yet everyone present heard her.
Left empty handed and quite frankly annoyed.
