First experience with the self service kiosk, really dislike it. The whole point of subway and why I go there is fresh, visible ingredients and I can decide what I want on it.
The self service takes longer and they've blocked the view so can't see it being made. I can amend the fixed menu items but previously I could just say little bit of that more of that but no ability now.
This feels like a poor switch as you can't customise anything and the wait was a good bit longer than normal. Afraid I won't likely be back.
Food, fine
Service, didn't talk to anyone
Atmosphere, absent - feels like any other fast food joint now.

I have two things I don?t like about subway, the first is that I ordered a foot long for my 14 year old son and he measured it and it was only 11.97 inches and ever since he ate it he?s been really zesty for some reason

Ordered from Uber Eats, thought it wouldn?t be an issue. Completely got the wrong order, took an hour to arrive, will not be ordering from this Subway store again, if they can?t pack their orders right!

Went in an hour before closing, could not get what I wanted as they were cleaning the toaster. Staff only seem interested in going home early that more than half thr menu is unavailable and hour before closing time.

I'm sorry but this is the only subway where I need to constantly remind the staff that they need to change their gloves between meat and veg meals. I've started going to grangemouth to avoid these issue.all staff fyi ?

Staff are great
Kid-friendliness: My 6 year old loves when we sit in ,seating and toilet is easier accessible and the option food wise and never ended for my fussing child.
