I had a pair of ballet flats that I needed to wear for an event happening that night. At 3pm, I looked at another shoe repair store in the area and they told me that they would be unable to help me within that time, so I tried the next place on my list Timpson. The man who ran the shop, was so gracious and so helpful and was able to repair my shoes not only within the time that I needed them, but also at an affordable cost, especially as a first year university student looking to save money. Timpson saved my night!!

Wonderful customer service from the two guys in the shop. I had 3 watches which I thought needed new batteries and a buckle needed replacing on another. One of the batteries was actually fine when checked and it's pleasing that it wasn't just changed and added to the bill. Thanks very much ?

I visited St Andrews Timpsons to obtain a replacement key for my Peugeot car. The technician helpfully explained all the different options and produced a new key for me (which works perfectly) within half an hour at a very reasonable price. I was delighted with this service and would strongly recommend this Timpsons branch to others.
