Appalling customer service - completely messed up my order which was given face to face not by phone and when I complained the manager told me it was my responsibility!! No effort whatsoever to put things right!!?? Guess they don't mind losing business?.

This was the best chicken chop suey I've tasted in a long time. I always order from here and have never been disappointed. Excellent food. You get 5 stars from me!

Staff attitude is absolutely appalling and disgusting! Items that were paid for had not turned up. Less than 5 pieces of chicken. "Standard portion"

We were told 30 minutes for delivery. It came over an hour. We received the wrong order not only was it wrong but items we had paid for hadn?t came at all. 3 bits of chicken in the tub with half tub of satay sauce. We called up to discuss the matter with them to them calling us liars, terrible customer service. Save your money, go else where. Disgusting people!

The food was nothing to write home about. Very average, but satisfactory for the cuisine. The prices on the online menu were about a third as much as in person. It seems quite deceptive to not have the online menu match at all with what I was handed in the restaurant. I prefer to avoid restaurants with questionable practices like that, whether intentional or not. Wouldn't recommend unless you were staying a while here, and even then, I think there are better options in town.

As is the usual story, it was embarrassingly
the first time I had eaten at The Oriental House.
The food , service and overall I was delighted and enjoyed being in this long established St Andrews restaurant.

Food tasted really nice, but portion sizes were microscopic. Enough veg, but very little chicken in our 3 dishes, we?re all still hungry!!

Decent traditional 'British Chinese' plus some more authentic dishes. A little tatty but perfectly pleasant and reasonable value for money.
