This store is always overcrowded with locals especially grannies rudely snatching the last loaf of bread from the shelves. The cashiers would toss your groceries at high speed having no respect for both the food items and the customer. No service for packing your food in a bag after scanning unlike in other countries.

A little pricey but the young, dark haired, female staff member at the self checkouts is incredibly rude and needlessly hostile, which is a shame considering the other staff are very pleasant

Good selection and prices for a small mart. We purchased breakfast staples and snacks. The auto checkout scanner is a bit slow but convenient. The location was a block away from our VRBO.

The lady at the self check-out is very rude. She had short hair, kinda red/brown.Was around 12:45 19/07/22. At the self check out I was scanning my shops, I asked for help because the connection on my phone was not working for the club card, I asked if she could do something, showing my club card, and she said "not my problem, the phone is not mine it's yours"! In a very rude way.Then there was another guy next to me without ID for the Monster drink, he said that usual Sainsbury's don't ask for ID , and she said " ok go in Sainsbury's then ! And she left ! he was very polite with her, without being rudeI mean this old lady if she don't want to work It's not customers fault ! That's not a justification to be rude with everyone!
