I really feel angry because i just want to buy a lighter for my candles, I forgot to bring id when i was at Morrisons, they told me both brp and passport are okay. Today i pass by Tesco, show them my brp, they showed me the lighter, but the tube is too short so i think okay, go to Sainsbury's. But at here, you DON'T accept brp because it's expired??? Tell me why all other supermarkets are okay but you are not okay??? And i said, then may i see your lighter's style? Cause Tesco's are too short. And you told me NO, because I don't have an id that you accept. Come on, tell me, why not even let me see? If i bring passport here but you don't have the lighter that i need, that's totally wasting my time. I am really disappointed with service here.

As if it is not enough that it is much more expensive than it should be, the price constantly increases almost every month. Stop increasing the aisle prices. Due to inflation, the new year's price increase has been everywhere, but you still cannot get enough of increasing prices since 2023 ?

Staff are rude and require further think 25 training and general mannerisms after my other half was age checked for a rockstar there attitude changed and became very undermining which was almost laughable considering the guys general hygiene was shocking

Staff helpful, though argos is only a pickup shop within sainsbury's. You can't return goods, just pickups.

Store is very overpriced with unhelpful staff. Usually I enjoy shopping at Sainsbury but this store is not it. Would only recommend if you are in desperate need of groceries and cant find a different store near you! The checkout tills where also very understaffed due to which there where long ques, but when using self checkout an alarm would continously go on for most people checking out. Overall a very unpleasant experience and I would not come here again, as there are way better grocery stores in st Andrews!!

Helped today by a lady called Teddy. She was very polite, friendly and an absolute credit to Sainsbury's. We were having trouble with our Argos order collection and she was more than happy to help. :)

This store is ridiculous overpriced and they have started removing own brands. The staff are mostly useless most of them hiding pretending stack shelves. I recently had a experience with self checkout when I was having issues, I asked for assistance but no help so just walked out in disgust leaving the groceries never to enter this store again.

Quite pricy for some items compared to tesco really busy shop with too many people In store, it was really crammed.

Not a place for disabled customers. I saw a young girl and her father verbally abused by three staff members when they tried to explain why they could not wear a face mask. Poor selection of food and many shelves empty. Quite the most obnoxious shop workers I have seen.
