Its a really nice shop with wonderful staff! Every time I have been in they have been very helpful and kind.
The two stars off are because it could easily be way more wheelchair accessible. The aisles can be crowded and narrow in some places, which I understand is almost inevitable in St Andrews, however in some places it feels overcrowded.
Otherwise, it is a great shop!

I have very specific taste in notebook and I unfortunately didn?t get what I was looking for BUT it was all made up for by the customer service. I was helped by a redhead (I think her name was Cindy?) and she seemed as passionate about this specific notebook type (A6, softcover, squared paper, if anyone?s interested) as I was. She went completely out of her way to understand what I wanted and show me every option possible. Impeccable service.

Purchased a DHL box , store did tell me that the contents would be examined . I wasn't prepared to the degraceful way that it was repackaged. DON'T USE DHL

Printing prices are ridiculous when you are printing from email, USB or CD. I paid £2,50 just to open the document from the email + the cost of 1 print. It's way too much for a single copy!

Disappointing experience. Had £100 Western Union to collect and called a couple of days before I called to ask if this would be possible, told ?no problem, just make sure you bring ID?Called in on 2 x consecutive days to be told by the manager unable to provide service. On day 1 has ?used the days float?, on day 2 due to ?router not working?. He advised I should call on day to check. It was for £100, not £10000. Poor
