Zero customer service. I brought a letter in to mail overseas. They put the postage on and handed it back to me to walk outside and put in a post box. This with the bag sitting right behind them. I asked the person at the counter if they couldn?t just put it in the bag right behind them. They looked at me and said I could, but?
Seriously?!? Isn?t this part of the job. This kind of thing has happened on more than one occasion. I mean, if you need stamps, something weighed, buying postage in general? they?re happy to help? Anything else for forget it. They don?t seem to be bothered to do anything more.

I'd like to say huge thank you to Laura on desk at post office in St Andrews. Best service I've ever experienced at a post office (and I'm 57 so have experienced a few!)
I was sending bday present to my daughter's work and had street name/ postcode but not company name so she offered to look up the address and found it. I didn't know this was possible .
Then instead of sending 2 parcels to this address she researched different delivery options and suggested sending parcels together guaranteed delivery, which only cost a little more than sending each 2nd class, so she helped me parcel them together. She was so efficient and keen to help . I'm quite sure she is kind of person that gave this same level of care and interest to every customer. I've never met such a lovely asst in a post office before ! An absolute credit to the branch.

Could you please just put accurate opening hours somewhere online. I don't know why post offices insist on keeping it a secret.

It's rare that I ever feel the need to submit a review but the service in this Post Office is terrible. Rude and unhelpful staff. There are always queues and, when at the front of the counter, the customer service is non-existent; rather, bad manners all round. I honestly don't know how these people could be employed in a customer facing role in the first place.

Every time you go there, there's a massive queue, they never serve you properly, you're guaranteed to be messed about, avoid at all costs

The post office staff will go out there way to be awkward, and try there very best to refuse posting a parcel, Will definitely NOT be back. Think it?s time for a career change ladies, parking warden would be the perfect career, although that might involve actually doing your job. Happy Christmas you miserable fruit cakes.

Awful staff. Probably the worst customer service I have ever received. Citing ?it?s just the rules? in order to be awful and lie to customers (DPD phoned them on multiple occasions saying I was allowed to pick up my parcel). Completely uncompromising and an overall awful experience. The younger blond woman working hands down the rudest cashier I have ever interacted with.

It?s hard to understand why some people are so rude and aggressive. I often wonder if life has hardened them or if they carry a background of negativity. However, this is not an excuse! This staff negative behavior is still going on and nothing seems to be done about it. That is not safe !

Staff are rude and impolite and customers are expected to accept that treatment or be refused service. Judging by the other reviews, my experience is far from unique. To the staff - please treat others how you would like to be treated.

Arrived at 16:30 to post items but was told to come back tomorrow despite it saying on their door that they are open until 17:30. How am i meant to post my items?
