I bought a cardigan in Phase Eight Buchanan Galleries in Glasgow last week, got home to Aberdeen and found inside the tissue paper wrap that the security tag is still attached to it. Then found that the Aberdeen store is permanently closed and the nearest branch appears to be in St Andrews. Any suggestions, Customer Care dept?

The staff in the store in St Andrews were amazing today, so helpful and accommodating. Such a great in store experience and got a gorgeous dress for a family wedding.

Went into Phase Eight this afternoon looking for a handbag I'd seen on a concession website, the shop assistants couldn't be more helpful trying to help me track this handbag down, the staff are lovely and make shopping in Phase Eight a pleasure. I feel nowadays a lot of the shops don't offer this level of customer service which is a shame. I would definatly recommend a visit.
