I bought a cardigan in Phase Eight Buchanan Galleries in Glasgow last week, got home to Aberdeen and found inside the tissue paper wrap that the security tag is still attached to it. The staff in the store in St Andrews were amazing today, so helpful and accommodating. Such a great in store experience and got a gorgeous dress for a family wedding.
