The staff in nationwide is very nice and helpful the only problem I have with this bank is there hardly open last week that were only open Wednesday and Thursday it's a shame because people will just have to change to a different bank

Really good customer service and really nice people. Always happy to help, nicest branch I've been in to - although I've always found nationwide staff friendly and helpful in the 30 odd years I've been a member - good job all round ?
