After many , many weeks I am still waiting on three refunds on items that M&S cancelled yet customer service say these were refunds were processed same day they cancelled even though I sent transcripts from my bank saying no refunds were processed. Will be sending a registered letter of complaint to their head office as customer service is totally appalling

I really don't like shopping, and today was not a good day, I had to get some shopping so I ran in to grab a ready meal. The guy the Legend at the self service check outs is the best best person I've ever met in a shop, I'm still laughing now, Honestly the guy is an absolute credit to Mark's and Spencer, I now can't wait for the next time I need to go shopping. I will find out his name and his shift pattern so I can have an absolute hoot with him, He cheered me up no end, I just wanted him to be recognised for being an absolute legend, May he be rewarded in life Rich

I was very surprised by the big selection of directly eatable snacks and the big selection of baked goods. Everything was very tasty, and I also liked that there is the possibility to buy a lot with so available takeaway cutlery.

If you are going to offer a service, eg parcel collection, make sure you have staff on. Customer service absolutely terrible.
