I had a very complicated shipment to make from Scotland to Alaska. There was glassware and delicate memorabilia for a family member that needed to be packaged carefully. Although there were delays unrelated to their packing, the staff at Mailboxes, Etc. St Andrews were tenacious and saw the shipment through. Everything arrived safely and one piece and ultimately in a timely fashion. To say the least, my relative was surprised and delighted! I so appreciated their commitment, help, and communication!

Exceptional service from Mail Boxes Etc in St Andrews and Grant. Needed a passport delivered at very short notice over Christmas - passport had been left in St Andrews and was needed in London to get a flight. Grant delivered the passport at very short notice by hand. On the original request he was super positive and ?can-do?despite the short time lines and everything being on the brink of closing for Christmas - called back in 10 minutes with a solution. He then kept us fully informed as he made the delivery. Cannot recommend more highly - superb service and a pleasure to deal with. Top class. Thank you!! Jon

Thomas in St Andrews couldn't have been more helpful. He tried several ways to copy my documents until he was satisfied that he'd done the best job he could. I won't hesitate to go back.

I am so fortunate I stumbled upon Mailboxes etc after four years at the uni! They have really made the process of sending things back home as an international student super convenient and easy. Absolutely incredible service! I traveled to St. Andrews for work, and we needed a local printer to help print and organize legal documents for our use in certain proceedings. The folks at Mail Boxes Etc., led by Mr. Grant Campbell, took care of everything we needed and then some, and did so for a very fair price. In fact, we needed some last minute help preparing a final document for the proceeding, and Grant went out of his way, after hours mind you, to help us out and deliver. I can't speak highly enough about the fantastic job Grant and everyone else at Mail Boxes Etc. did, and can't recommend them strongly enough. Put simply, they're the best!

I had a great experience, everyone was really helpful and the two international parcels I sent arrived a week earlier than expected! The service was also much cheaper compared to what I saw elsewhere.
