Love this place, wide variety of wines, liquors and they even have cigars! Also get a nice discount occasionally through the Quaich Soc on whiskys here

Timothy Taylor Landlord Pale £3.50 a bottle compared to the usual £2.25 I pay in Tesco (£2.30 Sainsbury?s). Why the massive mark up on what is a readily available ale elsewhere? Makes me wonder if this pricing policy is applied to everything in the shop. I know it?s difficult to compete with supermarkets but this is difficult to swallow. Polite staff.

Fantastic bottle shop with a wide range of beers, wines, spirits and everything in between. Really friendly staff, super knowledgeable and very helpful. Not pushy and also not pointing to the more expensive items for sale. Great place and will absolutely be going again

Made an impromptu stop here to purchase a bottle of Scotch to take back to our room. As my wife and I were still new to Scoth, we gave the staff member the name of something we had tried before and liked. Based on that flavor profile, they let us try two or three options, which helped us choose an excellent bottle to go with. They could not have been friendlier or attentive. As an American, I also noticed they had several good bottles of Bourbon that are pretty hard to find at home (though be prepared to pay secondary prices, which is completely fair given the location).

Helpful friendly staff, great selection of beer. Great selection of wine and spirits too (I'm mostly there for beer). Definitely the place to go to find something special.

Popped in and saw a few bottles I fancied, but when asked if they could knock something off the total price if purchased all together, they flatly refused. If that's how they want to conduct business then very well, but I expected better from a small independent. So I decided to give my custom elsewhere, and it was cheaper too.

We had a great experience at the bottle shop. Jamie really listened to our preferences and gave fantastic suggestions. He gave us a lot of helpful information and we got to try a few whiskeys to help us with our purchasing selection. We got quite a few bottles for our return to the US.
