“Been coming here since it was Safeway! Always been reliable and useful as a supermarket. Just thought I'd write briefly that on a recent visit, I was looking for Lily's Kitchen puppy recipe tinned dog food (just the one can) and was unable to find it anywhere at all, other than thinking i might need to go to pets at home in dundee or order an entire 6 pack of it on amazon... anyway they had it at morrisons so that was very useful!”

“I really don't like shopping, and today was not a good day, I had to get some shopping so I ran in to grab a ready meal. The guy the Legend at the self service check outs is the best best person I've ever met in a shop, I'm still laughing now, Honestly the guy is an absolute credit to Mark's and Spencer, I now can't wait for the next time I need to go shopping. I will find out his name and his shift pattern so I can have an absolute hoot with him, He cheered me up no end, I just wanted him to be recognised for being an absolute legend, May he be rewarded in life Rich”

“As a self catering visitor to the area, I visited this store last week. I had read the reviews and debated whether to drive to Leven or St Andrews but was glad I hadn't. I found the shelves well stocked - they didn't have one thing I wanted but this is not always the fault of the store and they kindly took the trouble to double check for me. The rest of the shelves I looked at were well stocked with a good choice and not at unreasonable prices given the size and location of the store. Lidl has been mentioned and is cheap because they operate cheap policies in terms of goods and staff, whereas I believe the Co-op take the opposite stand - supporting the community and local suppliers. It was easy to park and I found the staff pleasant and helpful. You shouldn't knock people for doing what they do (and well), just because they don't conform to your particular preferences e.g. Lidl - especially when you have to drive 15 or more miles each way to get to a Lidl. Thats going to cost you 4 or 5 pounds I guess and is certainly not environmentally friendly - something we should all be thinking more about I believe.”

“I decided to do a fairly big shop in Sainsbury’s today, as my mother needed a few things urgently. I got everything I wanted at really good prices, Colombian Filter Coffee, Instant Coffee, Bread (small sliced loaf), Tissues (special offer), Surf (washing machine pods) (special offer), Long Life Milk, Single Ambrosia Creamed Rice tubs, Paracetamol and Chocolate Biscuits. All for £25.15, not bad. There were two assistants on the checkout, with five self serve points. All in all, very satisfactory!”
