Very busy on a Saturday afternoon, recommend booking a table if you are coming for food. service was a wee bit slow but it was very busy.
Dog friendly in the bar and part of the restaurant (water and treats available). The small plates option on the menu was really good and well priced. No Guinness on tap but lots of other options on draft.

Best place to stay in the heart of St Andrews, nice room with a great breakfast in the morning.
Rooms: Spacious room with en suite.
Nearby activities: In the heart of town.
Walkability: Literally 5 mins from everything.
Food and drinks: Nice evening meal and great breakfast.

Stopped off for some early dinner. Steak pie was delicious as was the fish and chips. Great service from Fiona who served our food and the bar man, Andrew who did a great Aparol spritzer. Definitely recommend ?

Such a nice wee pub ???

Small portions. Almost everything was overcooked. The salad was wilted, the burgers over cooked. The kids sausages literally could not be cut. Similar story with the chicken. The only reason we ate it was the time it took to arrive. Won?t be back. Photo is after several brave attempts to cut the sausage.
Wait staff were nice enough. Just let down horribly by the quality of food.

Nice location and walking distance to many restaurants, shops and other attractions. St Andrew's golf course right near by.
Very nice rooms and service. Good complimentary breakfast. Bar and restaurant available for later in the day.

An inexpensive way to have a full breakfast at a sit-down restaurant. Big coffees, take-a-way breakfast rolls and a small buffet. Looks to be a bit under rated as a pub restaurant. Worth stopping in if you?re nearby.
