Terrible breakfast rolls, literally some of the cheapest worst tasting sausage meat I threw it away after 1 bite it was so bad, decent coffee there tho!

It's a shame to have to leave this review because I have never had an issue with this Greggs before. Recently while I was there I saw a woman working behind the counter with her hair down and no hair net. I assume she was a staff member but she didn't have a Greggs uniform or a name badge so possibly a new hire - in which case she obviously needs a refresher on food hygiene standards. She was working right by the food which was disgusting. Luckily she didn't serve me personally so there were no hairs in/on my food but it was very off putting.

Best place in town for breakfast and food to go; sandwiches, bakes, doughnuts and their famous sausage rolls. Best value in town

Have not had an issue ordering to go here so far. The only criticism I would have is that it is too often that I go on the earlier side of the afternoon and the baguettes, wedges, etc. are completely sold out. Feel like this is something that can be worked on and shouldn?t be too complicated.

Throughout my trip, I often ate at Greggs for breakfast or to grab a quick lunch . Love their Cappuccino and Latte? Great place for take-out, quick service, always hot food to go, I ate way too many Jam donuts on my trip ? they were just so delicious !
I hope we can get Greggs coming to Niagara Falls ???

Greggs is a great wee cafe to sit and chat over a cup of what you like and watch the world go by
The staff are friendly and helpful, the foods good and very reasonably priced

Always greeted with a smile from Ricardo who happens to have the same name as one of the kinessburn duck ducks ??. Great coffee and the polughmans rolls are tasty as.
