Made a huge fuss about whether we had booked or not, despite it being the middle of the afternoon and the place being almost empty, then they stuck us at a table in the middle of the floor. A request to move was reluctantly accepted. Menu pretty uninspiring and service grumpy. Had a starter then went elsewhere.

Nisse and his team organised a special Menu for my daughters 30th birthday for 20+people on a busy saturday evening. Catered to all dietary requests. Very attentive to all guests

Popped in just for a drink and were directed to a communal, long, thin table for 10, right in front of the kitchen. There was another chap there having a solo meal. We had a few games of cards with our drinks and liked the atmosphere so much we ended up having some haggis bites and houmous. All was excellent. Really buzzing place. All staff super friendly. Wide range of drinks. Would go again, for a full dinner.

Vegetarian options: The veggie haggis was good, as was the veggie Wellington and pie.
Parking: It's very welcome to have a reasonable choice of veggie main dishes.

Had an amazing meal here, Kelsey was our waitress and met all of our needs, made sure everything was right for us and was overall amazing! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic meal and great service!

The waiting staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. It's a pity they have to deal with bad decisions from management in the dining room and/or in the kitchen. We waited about an hour and a half for our food because a large party (looked about 8 people) had arrived before us. I assume that, like us, they had to reserve, which reveals a severe lack of planning on the restaurant management's part. No offer of bread/olives etc while we waited.
Free drinks and dessert as well as a 25 percent reduction given as recompense. That's all well and good and to be expected. However, we would much rather have had our meal on time as it was a special occasion. I felt sorry for the lovely waiting staff team members who were the ones on the front line having to fix the mess caused by managerial ineptitude.

My new favourite place in St. Andrews! Super tasty food - lovely atmosphere and decor, everything is wonderful!
Vegetarian options: My husband is vegetarian and he had a lot of options, including a vegetarian burger. They also checked to see if he wanted his mayo? vegan.
