Over last 2 DAYS, I have spent over 2 HOURS of my time trying to pick up a prescription, of a generic but vital medicine, that had been sent to this pharmacy days prior. It took these employees 45 MINUTES to check a pre-made prescription from the day before when I queued for yet another 45 MINUTES, and it definitely would have taken longer if I had not joined the queue a second time to remind this team of goldfish about my pre-made, ready to go prescription.
This branch wasted large amounts of my time, I aimlessly stood in long queues that the branch isn't spatial equipped to accommodate or blocking aisles as there is not a sufficient waiting area for you to spend long expanses of your wasted time in. The employees appear to be doing absolutely nothing an understated 90% of the time, and when they are their pace shows no urgency and resembles that of a tortoise. Employees also appear to be more concerned about taking out personal grievances on customers for existing and therefore interrupting their lackadaisical working environment, where they have time for chat rather than time for the tasks they are paid to complete.
Competency and efficiency are obviously completely foreign to the pharmacy team at this branch, and it is evident that the manager seems to have tendency to hire individuals who have processing and motor speeds that resemble that of snails. The continuously arising static queues, where individuals do not reach the desk for over half an hour and can wait up to days to even see their medication, are a serious problem for those with health issues that rely upon this pharmacy. Possibly, if employees spent less time dawdling, having attitude or caking their faces with enough makeup to paint the walls of a five bedroom house this branch might not leave customers filled with disappointment or frustration.

Just been refused a pharmacy first request because the pharmacy is shutting in over an hour and they can?t possibly do it.
Terrible service if they can?t provide a required NHS service.

Would give zero stars if that was an option. Absolutely shocking customer service. Plenty of staff on but no one wants to serve you. Wanted a bottle of aftershave asked one woman who was stacking the shelves who told me to ask someone else. Asked a 2nd member of staff who said again to ask another staff member as she was busy with a customer. Finally said to 3rd member of staff could you please get me a bottle out of the cabinet and that I'd already asked 2 members of staff who told me to ask someone else . I think if I hadn't said that she was also going to get me to ask another member of staff. Got their in the end and girl was very pleasant but will avoid the place in future.

Staff are rude, they choose to not fill the medication (I?ve called multiple times and they say they?ve had the Rx for days and didn?t get around to filling it). Very frustrating experience every single time. I only go here out of convenience.

Visited this store 3 times in past month. Arrived at 9am for ease of parking and shop opens at 9. Out of the 3 visits the earliest the doors opened was 9.15. Yesterday i gave up at 9.25 and took business elsewhere. Many disgruntled customers. Some said they wont be back including me. Very poor Boots

Boots needs to get staff for there perfume counter I had to wait until I got served a perfume when I found someone to serve me she had to get someone else to get the proper key for the perfume cabinet

The pharmacy is a disaster and apart form the woman in charge the staff are rude and unfriendly. They always ask you to come back later!!! I had to come back three days in a row for my prescription!

Avoid picking up prescriptions here. They always ask you to come back tomorrow.Advice given in store and products are good.
