Just been refused a pharmacy first request because the pharmacy is shutting in over an hour and they can’t possibly do it. Terrible service if they can’t provide a required NHS service. Won’t be back

Would give zero stars if that was an option. Absolutely shocking customer service. Plenty of staff on but no one wants to serve you.
