Very rude old women with short blonde hair speaks to customers like utter garbage. She needs to learn some customer service etiquette. Manners cost nothing!Also whilst we're currently in a pandemic it probably isn't sensible to have someone coughing all over the place in a customer facing role!

My friends and I (three foreigners) went to bank of Scotland to open an account. The assistant, Mr. Ross, help us patiently and politely, providing high-quality service. Even through we made a lot of mistakes in our online reference, he still solved the problems immediately. Really good experience

Won't give change for £10. I thought banks were supposed to do things like that. Wish there was a 0 star rating. I can see why their Google rating is so low. Clydesdale bank down the street was very kind and helpful.

This must be worst Bank of Scotland branch intend to close personal and 2 business accounts their manager is extremely dour unfriendly same experience when he was in Cupar branch

I always find this bank a rather pleasant experience upon entering. It is laid out in a much more informal layout than some other banks in town, where the staff are not deprived human contact, being kept behind barriers, but more interactively able to talk to the clients directly. There is also always less of a queue in this bank - don't know if that is a bad sign for their sense of custom, but from a customer's point of view, that certainly makes a trip to the bank a less hassled experience and a lot quicker than some other bank visits. The staff are always friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to make any request fulfilled in a cheerful and efficient manner.
