First of all ,you have to go to St.Andrews to speak to someone as its impossible on phone,and the hours of opening are ridiculous, I asked if someone could help to go onto on line banking to short staffed was the reply,then asked to speak to some one about best place to put my savings, useless

Honestly this is the worst place iv ever been. I was trying to deposit cash in the machine. Machine takes my card. I que up to speak to someone. Then I get a tap on the shoulder from someone saying the machine is asking for my PIN number. I put my pin in and IT SHOWS ON THE SCREEN!!!? the screen goes black. then I que up again to see an advisor. I told them and they went in the back to get my card? I tell the advisor that my pin appeared on the screen. She gets defensive and argues that I?m wrong. (I had 3 witnesses in the que). Then I get told my card is out of date so the machine took it. I go outside and call my wife to tell her. She sends me a picture showing it?s still in date. I go back in and que again and I tell the advisor. She goes in the back and then comes out and says the card is damaged. I ask her why they said it was out of date and she argues quite aggressively and says she can?t give me my card back. I ask for a new card and she said it will be with me in a week. I then go to use my online banking at Costa coffee and the card was blocked. I go back in the bank and they had to unblock the card. Took me an hour to deposit money and had a card taken off me, card blocked and 3 people see my PIN number! The branch in Dundee is just as bad! The staff stand there talking instead of working, they all leave the African man to do all the work (don?t know his name so sorry for the description) he is lovely and actually remembers my name.

Had to visit this place today. Quickly realised why it has such terrible reviews. Grateful that it's not my branch. Avoid if you can.

Queen's Garden staff is ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL & FRIENDLYmuch better and clearer than automated telephone number or the home web site.

Very rude old women with short blonde hair speaks to customers like utter garbage. She needs to learn some customer service etiquette. Manners cost nothing!Also whilst we're currently in a pandemic it probably isn't sensible to have someone coughing all over the place in a customer facing role!

My friends and I (three foreigners) went to bank of Scotland to open an account. The assistant, Mr. Ross, help us patiently and politely, providing high-quality service. Even through we made a lot of mistakes in our online reference, he still solved the problems immediately. Really good experience
