First of all ,you have to go to St.Andrews to speak to someone as its impossible on phone,and the hours of opening are ridiculous, I asked if someone could help to go onto on line banking to short staffed was the reply,then asked to speak to some one about best place to put my savings, useless

Honestly this is the worst place iv ever been. I was trying to deposit cash in the machine. Machine takes my card. I que up to speak to someone. Then I get a tap on the shoulder from someone saying the machine is asking for my PIN number. I put my pin in and IT SHOWS ON THE SCREEN!!!… the screen goes black. then I que... read full comment
