We had a lovely dinner at the Old Station Restaurant in Spean Bridge. The service was fast and friendly.
We sat at one of the outdoor tables, which made the dinner really pleasant and relaxed.
we had the fried prawns and fried mushrooms as starters?both delicious!
Main course breaded haddock was perfectly cooked, crispy without being greasy. The sirloin steak was incredibly tender and juicy, confirming the high quality of Scottish meat.
The portions were very generous, perhaps even a bit too much, but definitely good value for money.

A few friends and I stopped here on a sunny saturday evening for some food after a long day on the hills. We all had the venison burger and loved it. Staff were very accommodating and managed well despite being very busy. Burger was fantastic and a good portion for hungry hillwalkers. Will stop here again for sure.

The staff were very busy as they had full bookings yet we still had amazing service and got some real class very lovely food, I would definitely recommend to anyone that happens to be near or passing by at all.

Quality ingredients cooked fairly well. No dressings on salads. Maybe shef was having a bad day. Killed 3 wasps on the window beside our table - maybe a nest nearby as we could see more wasps on the platform!
