Since Lloyds was taken over by an independent pharmacy it has been a great place to work. My stress levels have went down drastically. Prescriptions are being done there and then. No longer having to wait hours or to be told to come back 2 days time. It is a happier place to work. The new owners go above and beyond to help the customers and they are really nice to the staff

Ordered a repeat prescription in plenty of time, went to collect and was told they didn't have it. Called my drs surgery and was given the information of when the chemist scanned to their system. Called the chemist, and hey presto, they find it! I explained this was the 3rd time this had happened and was told to take my prescription elsewhere if i didn't like it. Shocking way to speak to people. Formal complaint logged!

South Queensferry is not the friendliest of towns, as I?ve noticed since recently moving here but this pharmacy is just awful. Just look at the majority of comments and you?ll see a similar pattern.

If i could give it 0 stars i would. I went at 5:50 on a Monday and was told to come back in 30 mins for a prescription (keeping in mind this was an urgent one) and then i went back after 30 mins and they wouldn?t let me in. if they did close they should have told me beforehand. I am so disappointed by the horrible service and women who spoke with me, she also had her family in ?after hours? picking about the shelves.

Very unhelpful and abrupt staff, the pharmacist lied to my wife on the phone about the avaliability of medication and even our GP advised us not to use this pharmacy if we wanted something quickly.

Every time I have entered this pharmacy I have watched customers shout at the staff, and then wonder why they are unmotivated at their job. The customers entering need to be nicer and then maybe there will be enough staff who want to work here and not dread it after getting shouted at every time they don?t have someone?s prescription. Be nice !!!

Some of the staff are really rude and unfriendly. I felt i did something wrong by purely entering the shop. I waited in a queue for 10 minutes and several staff walked past and completely ignored us. Finally one staff attended to the customers with a face like fuss. When I said I would like to pick up my prescription (that was the second time in the pharmacy, in order to avoid waiting for it I came back an hour later) the staff said with a sour face that I need to wait another 10 minutes. When I asked why she started to shout at me and suggested to go somewhere else if I don't like it. Absolutely incredible. I will not go there again as this "customer service" has been like that for years.

Worst pharmacy ever. Avoid. Came this morning and door shut! There is no pharmacist! Staff not be able to find anyone as a replacement. Queue people waiting, and I?ve been left without medication.

THE WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID?They don?t respect the customers at all? Very rude behaviour and very slow. They don?t act responsibly to their customers and they have always trouble finding my medicines? I just don?t understand how it is surviving?

Avoid this pharmacy if you possibly can. I have been to this pharmacy multiple times and every time at least 1 customer has stormed out - that probably says enough.They?re slow - even for very basic things which they will clearly have in stock they ask you to come back the next day - often when you do come back they then don?t have it ready. I?ve seen people be given the wrong medications, people?s prescriptions lost?etc.There is always a massive queue - sometimes the queue goes out of the door. I think in their mind this is due to them being very busy but it?s actually because the staff are incredibly slow and unhelpful with every single customer.

Bring a packed lunch?.you?ll need it for the wait times here ? so disorganised, therefore would suggest you try another pharmacy!

It's not fit for the purpose of such an expanding town. Always seems to be an issue fulfilling prescription needs and closes too many times leaving people in limbo with no way of gaining their prescription to take elsewhere

Thank you! Pharmacist has always been so helpful. They are obviously under pressure given the population of South Queensferry and should be twice the size with more than one pharmacist.

If I could give this Pharmacy 0 stars I would; it must be the worst Pharmacy in the UK for bad attitude staff and efficiency. Today I went to collect a prescription and was ignored while the staff members were engrossed in a personal conversation. When I asked to be served it was made very obvious I was being a nuisance. Avoid if possible.
