Very poor experience. They made an error in the original quote both in relation to what work was to be done (front brake pads rather than rear brake pads) and how much it would cost. They then replaced pads that didn't need replaced, leaving the ones that did need replaced on - and did extra work without calling or getting approval first - then added it to the bill. When I realised what had happened, they weren't interested and either didn't reply or denied all knowledge. They don't put their details on email correspondence and don't have a proper (or any?) complaints process. Anyone could make a mistake in a quote but when you're dealing with cars and you replace parts that don't need replaced that becomes a trust issue - and if you leave in place parts that put your safety at risk, that's dangerous. There are plenty other garages to choose from.

Can?t recommend enough! I ripped a hole in my tyre, which couldn?t be repaired.
I arrived at the garage at 8.30pm left my key and had a call first thing in the morning to confirm the work to be completed.
Tyre was ordered and fitted the same day. Unfortunately I required 2 more tyres to be fitted. Again the work was done promptly and all work and costs were discussed.
I would definitely use again even though I am Dunfermline based.

I would like to say a huge thank you to this garage, I got a flat tyre and had to small children in my car , this guy went above and beyond to help me, phoning other garages and mobile unit?s to help me, and eventually on a Friday afternoon, took it upon himself to drive to his supplier and pick a tyre up for me and replace it so I could continue my journey with my grandkids, the staff were so friendly, I would definitely recommend them , and would like to take this opportunity to thank them once again .

We went here due to a puncture travelling by roadworks. Where debris had slashed our tyre!We have travelled from Orkney and was on our way back up.East Coast Tyres came up when I googled tyres!They had to order in a tyre so we had to come back the next day luckily we have a spare.They fixed the tyre very efficiently. We asked if they could secure a piece of plastic bumper that had come loose. They were reluctant to do anything. Even when we asked if they could simple drill a hole so we could get a screw later. They would not. They were too busy!I'm sorry but we weren't asking the world. So I can't give you 5 stars.

Had my car in for a MOT and small service. I knew my left stop light wasn't working. It passed the MOT. Asked are all the light working when I was picking it up. Got home checked and light hasn't been fixed. When I called they said it was working at the time of the test. Extremely unprofessional.

Really helpful and efficient. Discovered we had a slow puncture after attending a wedding and needed it repaired quickly as we had to drive to cairnryan for the ferry home to Northern Ireland. Explained our situation and had a new tyre fitted swiftly and at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
