Took some time to be served and done things a bit backwards...finished food before got drinks, but was nice. Not for a quick bite if that's what your looking for. - 2 bacon rolls a coffee and a hot chocolate was all we ordered. Friday morning, was 2 other people in when we arrived who had all been served, 2 or 3 other groups came in after us(seemed to be locals) few take outs while we were there too that seemed to take presidence for 2 out of the 3 staff - edited to give more info as requested. Always good your keen to improve. Thanks

Lovely wee cafe. Initial we couldn't get a seat as cafe very busy which is always a good sign. While standing outside deciding where to go instead a member of staff let us know a table had just came free. The food was delicious I had soup which was a perfect temperature.Dietary restrictions: Had some know although gluten free foods not marked on menu however staff were able to inform if need beWheelchair accessibility: Entrance is at ground level however the toilet is upstairs.

Dropped in at busy lunchtime service after a long drive up the A7. Staff were superb at squeezing us in. Totally scrumptious cheese scone - the best I have had and a wonderfully restorative spiced pumpkin latte. All delivered with a smile and with some complimentary chilled water in a little jug. Lovely cakes on display including a vegan option. Really good value for money.

When you visit the Scottish Borders you must must must try the Peony Rose in Selkirk for a home-cooked, delicious and satisfying breakfast, elevenses, brunch, lunch, or afternoon tea.?This is the place to go dears?Produce is second to none all home made by the team, the scones are just fantastic they do gluten-free cakes , I believe they meet almost all dietary needs .The service is second to none, the surroundings are homely the team are amazing and second to none.If Mrs Euphegenia Doubtfire ran a coffee / tea shop she would hope it would be as good as thePeony Rose?Give it a try Dears?RegardsEuphegeniaVegetarian options: It?s amazing Dears give it a try
