Quite simply...........kindness and courtesy and an abundance of help and civility at hand ( this coupled with a very sound knowledge base) make Encompass very easy and comfortable to deal with. I would endorse them totally. Quick and prompt response times and speaking in "laypersons" terms certainly helps me.

Great service for my support staff. Always there to answer questions and if they need timesheets etc they are always prompt.l with postage Arriving next day.
