Their diagnostic equipment showed two faults, one of which they could have fixed (and charged me for) but did not do so because the other, potentially, more serious one, can only be fully identified by a registered Skoda specialist and might result in their work, on the lesser one, being pointless. I am so grateful for their honesty and the amount of time they have spent advising me on my next steps. They have gone above and beyond! 5 stars just aren’t enough. Thank you!”
