How do I make a complaint as the other week I was threatened and almost attacked. The person was getting their turtle juice I don't know why he wasn't banned from the pharmacy for that. The pharmacy know I suffer from severe anxiety disorder as well as the guy being banned from the pharmacy before. I had to pay a taxi to get my prescription that's just wrong so I will be moving pharmacy and making a complaint as it happened in front of the whole staff. Thanks to the pharmacy team for nothing I missed my picking up early for Christmas anxiety can cripple at times but I really did expect that person to be banned especially it happening in front of all staff members. Lindsay and Gilmore hear I come. Imagine them letting me phone taxis and all I was told is they can't control when the person comes in leaving me to feel I'm going to have to fight so thanks but no thanks as a pharmacy bless Louise
