Great 10KM Hike but not easy. No direction & can be very boggy in some areas. The route down to top of waterfall is also challenging but worth it. Would recommend map/compass as internet is very sketchy & path ways are very easy to miss.

Stunning day out to the waterfall, it takes a few hours each way but it is well worth the walk!

Worth the wind, rain, bogs and river wading!

Do not be fooled in to thinking this is a short & easy hike. There's a lot of confusion between this and the Waterfall at Loch Gainmwhich. Perhaps having hiked up Suliven the day before didn't help, but we hadn't reached the Waterfall after 2 - 2.5 hours of walking (we're not that slow). If you hike from the car park on the A894 you arrive at the top of the Waterfall, and therefore do not get view that you're imagining. The path from the A894 is extremely boggy (we went in early March), and slow going. Due to the weather & time of year, the path wasn't the clearest so be careful at the top as it'd be easy to get lost.Besides from that, a beautiful and secluded hike up and past Ben More.

Tough road into the valley but definitely worth it. The waterfall is grand and splendid. There are 2 car parks in the area. One leads to the top of the waterfall and another one just near a bridge and it leads to the bottom of the waterfall. Both requires a short walk but definitely recommend the bottom one which allows a full view of the waterfall.

Be careful, the location is incorrectly labelled on Google maps and lots of the reviews picture the wrong waterfall. There is a beautiful waterfall 10 minutes from the car park. This is NOT Eas a' Chual Aluinn. Eas a' Chual Aluinn is a 2 hour unmarked hike across moorland from here. You will need to research a route and take a map (don't use Google maps for this waterfall).

There is no path to get here. We hikes 2 hrs and turned back. Getting down was much much harder. The view was amazing but without experience it's not worth it. There is another waterfall near the car park which is beautiful

Difficult terrain which was very boggy in places. It took us over 5 hours to complete the round trip, which we measured as just over 12km starting at the layby on the A894.
