On a recommendation from my sister ,who has used this company for many years, I asked them to repair my old boiler. Upon inspection it was suggested that it was too old (19) and I would be better to replace it with a new one.I was given a fixed price (always a good idea) and within days their engineers arrived and installed the new unit with minimum disruption and no mess to tidy up after.This is a company I will use for annual services from now as I have every faith in their professionalism. I wish every company I have dealt with in the past would work to the same high standards is they do as it would make for a nicer world. When asks by a neighbour how I would mark them out of ten I gave them twenty. Thank you Fires and Heating for a wonderful service

Bob was a great source of help and ideas as we planned for this project and together with Wayne he did a fantastic job of replacing our old Perthshire cottage back boiler with a new and very efficient Burley stove, which looks great, thanks to Ian?s plastering skills and it all went to plan thanks to Joan and the office staff. A fantastic Perthshire company, I would thoroughly recommend them.

We cannot recommend Fires & Heating strongly enough. Staff in the office always do what they say they will do, they are efficient and friendly. The service teams are all that and more. I found the whole experience of installing a gas stove in my dining room to be smooth from start to finish. The service at all times was excellent from the explanation in the office visit to the work carried out at home by the first class team.

Pricey but good installation experience and very nice stove, slightly spoiled when the chimney cap they installed blew off after 12 weeks (the only one to blow off in the area) and they asked £200 to put it back on. Five stars for the initial job, one star for the after sales service, so 3 stars overall, and another one off for always thinking you and not the customer are right.The real sequel to this was much more of a problem. After installation the chimney area of the roof where they installed the stove started to leak badly into the house. Finally after a lot of scaffolding and £10,000 we finally have a waterproof house again, so that was a pretty expensive stove installationBy the way, the company solicits feedback immediately after installation so I imagine very few of the positive reviews you see here take into account experience of their after sales service.

In Nov 2020 Fires and Heating installed an lpg log burner in my kitchen. The installation went very well, the men were fantastic. They were very efficient and there was no mess afterwards. Continous Excellent Service. I have used Fires and Heating for 2 central heating installions and for regular servicing at both properties and I can't fault them. From the first phone call to the office all the way through to installation, I was kept up to date with proceedings. And the guys are so tidy, you would never know they had been there when they are finished. They are also pet friendly, my cat loved them!

Cannot recommend highly enough, from initial contact (Joan and Mandy) to completion of work - complete heating system and total shower room refurbishment. Bob certainly knows his stuff and the advice offered was spot on for our needs! Wayne was an absolute delight to have working in our home!
