I cannot thank David enough. He took my car at very short notice as I was visiting my parents and had to get back to Glasgow. My car has been in and out of BMW garages for the last year, with mini roadside assistance four times and none one of them was able to identify the problem. I was never taken seriously about the issues I was facing by any of them. David however listened to the problems I was having and identified the issue straight away. It was the first time I actually felt like a mechanic believed me and wanted to help.Thank you so so much! When my clutch failed I feared the worst. David fit me in the following week, I got my car back the same day and the bill didn't break the bank. I even got a lift in with his wife to collect my car to save me walking. Excellent service, would recommend.

I have used David at Ace Autos several times now and only have good things to say about them. Always answer the phone, very friendly and explain things well. As a female with no manly man to do my mechanic trips with/for me I never feel David has conned or done work that didn?t need done. He is always happy to help and takes pity on me when I?m having a car crisis (of which there have been a few!) and squeezes me in on short notice. Genuinely never been to a nicer garage.

Recently placed my car into this garage to have welding work done for car to go through mot. The guys there are superb, getting the work done in super quick time and also at a great price. I Would highly recommend this garage and will most certainly use their services again for any repair work needing done to my car. Many thanks.

I arrived in the area at a local caravan site for a two day duration and experienced a welded exhaust bracket failure. As I wanted to see as much of the area as possible in the time available I was in a bit of a dilemma,After researching the local area I contacted Dave at ACE Autos and explained my problem, he asked me to go to his garage straightaway and he re welded the bracket. Amazing help from these guys today, seen me pulled over at the side of the road as my exhaust had fallen down - only been driving 4 days so it was a bit of a scare but they waited with me and had me back on the road in no time; not to mention they didn?t even want to take anything off me!
